21 Apr Holly Walther Lending Team: “Where In The World Is Daisy?” Burn Boot Camp – Week 4
Holly: Hey guys, happy Wednesday. It’s Holly, a little miss Daisy. And we’re so sad because this is going to be the end of our journey here at Burn Boot Camp East Cobb. This week I have the pleasure of speaking with Courtney again. Courtney, we’ve covered so many great things about Burn over the past few weeks. Can you just kind of give us a recap of all the wonderful things here, and why it’s so important to you?
Courtney: Well, how much time do you have? Because there’s a lot of things that I love here about Burn. One of the first things I noticed, and again, I’ve been here for around three years now. I’ve never done the same workout twice. Y’all hear that? Never the same workout twice. It’s awesome. There are times that we’re doing all body weight stuff. There’s times that they make us pick up really heavy weights. And we can do it! And that is so awesome. I mean, like I said, when I first started coming here, I was like, Oh, I’m going to pick the lighter weights. And then, you know, you just kind of creep up and you get more and more of those heavier weights. That’s really awesome. So love the variety. The trainers are awesome. They’re not going to brag about themselves, but I’ll brag about them. They know what they’re talking about. The other thing that I love that the trainers do is they meet you where you are. You know, y’all heard that I run a lot. And so they know if I’ve got a hard workout the next day, we may do some different things in there. There are some times that I’ve had an injury or I was in a boot for a little while. Listen, I was still here every day. They did lots of modifications for me, so I love that. The other thing is the community. The people who come here are freaking awesome. They’re so fun. We do lots of things together outside of these four walls here. We do races together. We celebrate birthdays together. We have gone to breweries together, done a workout, then had a couple of drinks afterwards and it is so fun. So why wouldn’t you want to be here?
Holly: Exactly, and I mean, there are a lot of women here, but there’s also males, so it’s co-ed workouts. And you know, talk about women inspiring women. Something that I think is just missed out on in today’s world. I’ve never seen a community like I see here with women building women up.
Holly: And not to mention, Courtney doesn’t have kids, but as you all know, I have three. So one other fantastic thing they do here at Burn Boot Camp is, they have childcare. It’s included in your membership. Did you hear me? It’s included. And if you’re taking advantage of this 30 for $30 promo, guys. Come work out, get an hour of free childcare. I mean, I’ve had times when I’ve brought Jake with me and they’re paying somebody hourly to do childcare. And my child is the only one in there sometimes. So thank you so much. As she said, we could go on for hours and hours and hours on all the amazing things about this place, but try it for yourself. Don’t miss out, download the app, register for your first visit. Take advantage of that. 30 for $30. Courtney and I hope to work out with you soon!
