Holly Walther Lending Team: “Where In The World Is Daisy?” Burn Boot Camp – Week 3

Holly: Hey guys, happy Wednesday. It’s Holly and Daisy. And we are so excited to continue our journey here for the month of April with Burn Boot Camp East Cobb, back here with Matt this week. And you know, Matt, we were talking, you know, I have been a member of a number of gyms over the years, and it seems like nutrition is always an additional cost. But one of the really unique things you do here is y’all offer additional support. So can you tell our viewers a little bit about what that looks like?

Matt: Absolutely. So we call them focus meetings and what they essentially are is a one-on-one personal time with the trainer. Cause you always talk about having personal training in a group setting, and that’s one of the best ways to get it. So we sit down and talk about nutritional aspects, maybe your goals, why you came to burn, maybe in the first place, it just helps us trainers lead you in the right direction. And it’s absolutely free. You can have as many of them as want. A lot of people do every two weeks, but you do it every week. You can even do it every day if you want to. I actually love that. I love chatting. You know me, I love to talk. So it really just helps us understand your goals, your inspiration, your drive, just all those things. And if you need that nutritional help, we also help you along the way with that.

Holly: Yeah. And another added benefit that you’re not mentioning is they also do your body fat percentages.

Matt: Oh yes. So we have the InBody machine. So what that does is, I know it can sound scary, but it’s basically just a starting point. It measures your weight, your skeletal muscle mass, your body fat percentage. And it kind of gives us a rough estimate of where you’re at and where you’re looking to go. And also gives us your basal metabolic rate, which essentially is how many calories you burn at rest, which can be really important on your nutritional journey.
