Holly Walther Lending Team: “Where In The World Is Daisy?” Burn Boot Camp – Week 2

Holly: Hey guys, happy Wednesday. It’s Holly and little miss Daisy. And we are so excited to be back at Burn Boot Camp East Cobb as part of our, Where in the World is Daisy for the month of April. So this week I’m so excited to introduce you to coordinate. She is a member here at burn boot camp and Courtney, what led you to burn?


Courtney: So I’m a lifelong runner and I will run every day of the week. In any weather, I’m going to be out there running. But one of the things that I noticed as a runner is that I had some injuries that were popping up. As, you know, some hills would get really tough. And I thought, you know, what can I do to get better at that, and it gets faster? I’ve heard about burn boot camp, and they had this deal. And I thought, wow, let me just give it a shot. I’m just going to do the deal. I’m in and out, and I’m done. Well, three years later, I’m still here. The injuries aren’t happening anymore. I’m faster than I’ve ever been before. I feel stronger. And I’ve got that mindset, too. We talk a lot about mindset here and being stronger, not just physically, but mentally, too. So all of that.
